Newport Center uses interactive video and other technology to connect to offerings provided by Colville Center, including academic and career/technical classes, leading to two-year associate degrees. Running Start is available for high school juniors and seniors.

In addition, the center offers adult literacy courses and GED preparation, and Running Start is available to high school juniors and seniors. It is as a hub for other IEL specialized programs as well.
