Ione Center operates in cooperation with the U.S. Forest Service; Seattle City Light; the cities of Ione, Metaline, and Metaline Falls; Pend Oreille County Library; and Selkirk School District. Courses leading toward a two-year associate of arts degree and career/technical certificates classes are available. Running Start is available for high school juniors and seniors. In addition, Ione students can take academic and career/technical classes taught via Colville Center’s interactive video system, allowing them to fully interact with instructors and classmates at other centers.
