Community Colleges of Spokane's I-BEST program is for un- or under-employed men and women who need educational support to strengthen their math, writing and/or English as a Second Language skills while acquiring workplace skills to get and keep entry-level jobs in high-demand career fields.
Classes are one to two quarters and emphasize practical skills that area employers have identified as necessary and valuable for regional workforce development.
Financial assistance may be available for eligible students. WorkFirst students will need approval from their case managers.
