How do I apply for Head Start, ECEAP or Early Head Start services?

Applications are available online, by calling 533-4800, or by e-mailing headstart@iel.spokane.edu.

Complete the application, print it and return it to our administrative office at 3939 N. Freya St. or to the site that best meets the needs of your family. We can help you complete your application or provide a translator.
